As the owner and co-founder of Home Breakin Records; Cal Bass, otherwise known as “DAD”, has been involved in the Calgary scene for close to a decade.  Introduced to electronic music at age 11 by his older brother, Cal has been djing and promoting shows since the age 16.
He has since earned a reputation of sending dance floors into a frenzy. Playing everything from disco, house and hip hop, to the most banging-est, of party bangers. Cal’s wide ranging musical tastes always capture the crowd’s attention.
Known for his incredible live mix c.d’s, which have found their way all over the world, Cal has recieved fan mail from as far as Istanbul. When Cal is not working on running Homebreakin, he’s focused on production, making re-edits for future Punchout releases and creating original material for up-coming Homebreakin E.Ps.
