Smalltown Romeo‘s first release for Plant Records is out today exclusively on Beatport. If you don’t know Smalltown Romeo is what happens when Calgary’s hometown heroes, and owners of the HiFi Club; The Smalltown DJs & our own Wax Romeo hook up and make sick love magic party jams. The track is called Boom Ha and features London Ontario’s  Shad K on vocals. The song has a ton of sick remixes and has been split into two separate releases, the first of which features remixes by DJ Wool of The Glass, and Sammy Bananas. Cop it.

These two man beasts connect to do some serious damage on 4 turntables on Wednesdays at The HiFi Club, along with Fordinho (Calgary Redbull 3style champion), as well as holding down residencies at Bamboo (Around the Way – every Thursday with GSD & Audit), Mercury (Flashback – every Friday with Ivan Rankic) and The Ship & Anchor (Punk Rock Bingo – every Tuesday with Ivan Rankic & Big Steve).
